How each of these components can be used to form a flatbar balustrade system

If you are trying to decide which components you need for your build, this is will help!

Joining flat bar rails inline or around a corner

The flatbar rails come in 2.9m and 5.8m lengths.  Generally, we try to reduce the joins on the straight runs so we will try and make sure that if the run is less than 5.8m we use a full length on that section.  If you do find that you need to join two rails together in a straight line, the 50x10mm inline flat bar joiners is what you need.  If the runs are at a slight angle, then you are best off getting the adjustable flat bar inline joiners instead.  If the join is occurring on a corner, then the 90 degree joiners for flatbar handrails is the cleanest and best option (apart from welding).

Does your 50x10mm flat bar terminate at a wall or a freestanding section?

Make sure to purchase a flatbar wall joiner for sections finishing on a wall, and a 10x50mm flatbar end cap for the free standing sections.

Are you fixing your flatbar railing onto an offset wall?

If this is the case, then the 75mm extension flatbar offset wall bracket or the 125mm flatbar extention wall bracket will help you secure the railing onto the walls.

Can flatbar handrail be fixed onto a raked staircase panel?

If you are fixing onto a raked panel, then you will need the 50 x 10mm adjustable raked joiner for flat bar handrail.

Selecting glass panels that work with the stainless steel flatbar handrails

Depending on the balustrade system you are choosing, you will either need to purchase the frameless balacony balustrade panels with stainless steel spigots for balustrades or the face mount balcony panels with pin fixed balustrade hardware.

In either system, you will need two of the 10×50 flar bar standoff brackets per panel to fix the railing to the glass.
